I am an energetic and passionate RMT who believes in providing a safe space for my clients to relax and let go of stress and tension.
After receiving massage therapy during my years working as a jockey, I knew I wanted to help people with hands-on therapy. It was integral to my performance and overall well being. I graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2017 where I completed several clinical practicums and outreach placements. Since then, I have taken courses in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and Biodynamic MyoFascial Mobilization. I have a passion for treating clients who are pregnant or postpartum as well, and look forward to taking more training in this area. During treatment I use a combination of myofascial release, Swedish massage, IASTM and deep tissue work; learning from each client’s body to see what works best for releasing tension and to get you moving better.
Listening to both the tissues response and your feedback, I adapt each treatment to the client. Communication is of the utmost importance to me, I will always encourage you to let me know if anything is uncomfortable during treatment.
As an RMT I require my own maintenance. In my off time you can find me being active with my family and cooking up new recipes. I always have a couple of books on the go, and enjoy reading about health and wellness.
